All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

We have a return policy of 14 days from date of order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our team will do a full inspection of the watch to make sure it has not been worn or damaged in anyway. If approved we will then start the process for a full refund to the customer.Â

24 Month Warranty
Yes, we offer a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for 2 years after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. More questions please contact us at.
