SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. Yes, the standard shipping in USA is free.

Please allow 2 - 3 Business days for order processing. You’ll be notified by email when your order has been processed and shipped out. Customers will also receive a tracking notification. Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Transit time is 2 - 3 business days for US orders.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

"If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com"

REFUND POLICY

We have a return policy of 14 days from date of order.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our team will do a full inspection of the watch to make sure it has not been worn or damaged in anyway. If approved we will then start the process for a full refund to the customer.

Please allow 7-10 business days for funds to be returned.

WARRANTY

Yes, we offer a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for 2 years after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own.
