Returns

Thirty days, return shipping paid, no restocking fee at any price. Buying a watch you cannot try on first should carry no risk.

How it works

1. Email care@jmarquel.com or use the orders & returns page with your order number.
2. We send a prepaid, insured return label.
3. Send it back unworn beyond trying on, in the box, with the papers.
4. We refund to your original payment method within three working days of the watch reaching the bench.

The one exception

Engraved watches are final sale, unless the engraving is our error. Everything else is covered, no questions asked and no fee.
