Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within two business days. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day usually leave the same day, unless the watch is being engraved, which adds two days.

Delivery times

• UK — next working day.
• Europe — two to four working days.
• US & Canada — three to five working days.
• Rest of world — four to seven working days, fully insured.

Duties & taxes

For the UK, EU, US and Canada, duties and import tax are included in the price you see — nothing is collected at your door. Elsewhere, the carrier may charge on arrival at rates we do not set; if that changes your mind, the thirty-day return window still applies in full.

Every shipment is insured to its full declared value and requires a signature on delivery.
