Two years from delivery on the movement, crystal and case seals — and serviceable for the life of the watch after that.

What is covered

The movement, the sapphire crystal and the case seals, against defects in materials and workmanship, for two years. If something fails within that window, we repair or replace it and pay the shipping both ways.

What is not

Strap wear and accidental damage are not covered — but replacement straps are inexpensive and we fit them free. A watch opened by a third party voids the warranty, not out of spite, but because we cannot vouch for what happened inside.

After two years

We hold parts for every movement we have ever fitted and commit to servicing your watch for its lifetime. A full service runs on our own bench and comes with a written report of every adjustment.
