Due to an error on my part, my original order was sent to the wrong address. When I reached out, their team immediately stepped in to try to track it down. When the recipient never responded, JMarquel didn’t hesitate to make it right. They promptly sent me a replacement so I would still have the gift in time for my husband’s birthday.
